As an Associate Banker, you will represent our brand and culture with the utmost hospitality, using the latest banking solutions and cutting‑edge financial technology combined with friendly and attentive service. Your role will significantly contribute to the branch's success by delivering exceptional client experiences and helping clients achieve their financial goals.

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling/canceling client meetings.
• Exceed client expectations while assisting with day‑to‑day transactions and opening new accounts, while complying with all policies, procedures, regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate clients on how to use technology self‑service options such as the Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs to meet their banking needs.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATM while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.

• Ability to put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive and friendly service.

• Ability to engage clients and communicate clearly and politely to understand and help.

• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions.
