Financial Analyst

Our financial analyst will be responsible for a range of forecasting, analysis, and budgeting duties.

• Forecasting
  • Develop and maintain the company’s long‑term financial plan, integrating key business drivers and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate and prepare the annual budget in close collaboration with various departments.
  • Create and update financial forecasts, providing variance analysis against budget and prior forecasts.
  • Compile and prepare deliverables for senior management, including detailed analysis and executive summaries.
  • Assist in creating presentations for executive review and other strategic forums.
  • Perform analytical tasks and special projects, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct detailed financial and operational analyses to support business decisions and strategy development.
  • Assist in developing and implementing analytical tools and models.
  • Define, develop, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure business performance.
  • Generate reports on KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Verify accuracy of financial data and reports.
  • Act as a financial resource and support other business units, addressing queries and guidance.
• Pricing Analysis and Sales Team Advisement
  • Regularly assess product profitability, update underlying assumptions, and provide insights to optimize product performance.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to understand business needs and requirements related to internal pricing tools.
  • Provide support in developing, updating, and enhancing pricing tools.
  • Communicate effectively with sales leadership to ensure alignment of financial analysis and sales strategies.
  • Utilize Power BI to create comprehensive reports for management.
  • Interpret data and provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
  • Analyze client profitability and prepare detailed reports for management.
  • Identify opportunities for improving profitability and provide recommendations.
  • Engage in ad‑hoc analytical tasks and special projects as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with financial software such as Power BI, Excel, and other data analysis tools.
• Experience with ERP and financial modeling software.
• Proficiency in MS Office Programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint, etc.).
• Breadth and depth of expertise in a technical or functional area, with knowledge of work processes and tools.
• Ability to collect and analyze raw data, identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and provide actionable insights.
• Experience reviewing and improving analytics processes, methods, and tools for efficiency, accuracy, and security.

Competitive wages commensurate with job-related skills, experience, education, and location, starting in the range of $60,800.00 – $86,640.00 USD annually for full‑time employees.
