Responsibilities
  • Coach and lead employees in the branch, maintaining a highly motivated, well‑trained staff; act as the go‑to person for problem solving in the absence of the Branch Manager.
  • Build long‑term relationships with members by assisting with routine financial transactions, opening new consumer accounts, and helping them achieve financial milestones through accepting, reviewing, and processing consumer, home equity, and business loans.
Requirements
  • Three years of successful work experience as a Universal Associate/Personal Banker or equivalent position at another financial institution.
  • Experience in opening new accounts and loans.
  • Two or more years of experience in a management role or demonstrated experience in a leadership position (preferred).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be bondable.
  • Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.
  • Notary and NMLS certifications are necessary for UA II level and higher and require U.S. citizenship or permanent legal residency.

Hours

In‑person schedule:
Tuesday – Friday, 8:45AM – 5:45PM;
Saturdays, 8:45AM – 1:15PM. The position works 40+ hours per week as business needs dictate.
