Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Real Estate Financial Analyst to join our team in Stamford, Connecticut. In this role, you will be tasked with overseeing and managing facilities costs and working closely with our third-party facility management team to ensure successful launching of our web-based management applications. You will also play a critical role in data mining and cost analysis to provide insights into the management of our portfolio.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with third-party facility management team to ensure successful launching and expansion of web-based management applications.
- Lead the review and consolidation of submissions into final approved budgets as part of the planning and reforecasting process.
- Conduct cost analysis and maintain accurate customer credit records.
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status.
- Assist in the training of new employees and participate in periodic training sessions.
- Utilize data mining techniques and tools such as Tableau and Microsoft Power BI to provide insights into the management of our portfolio.
- Work closely with our offshore support team to prepare and review anticipated facilities costs.
- Participate in real estate system development projects to ensure strategic data analysis objectives are met.
- Utilize TM1 BI and Planning Tools, CORE Accounting Workflows, and other key systems in the execution of duties.
- Identify operational and financial risks, opportunities, and action plans, and provide insights to drive these plans into action.
- Proven experience in the advertising industry, particularly in a financial analysis role.
- Strong expertise in Data Mining Techniques and Data Mining tools.
- Proficiency in Tableau and Microsoft Power BI.
- Experience handling Purchase Orders.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Cost Analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with real estate market trends and financial principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
