• Deliver exceptional member service while identifying solutions that support financial wellness.
• Open, maintain, and service consumer, business, and fiduciary accounts.
• Process transactions and support lending activities, including consumer and home equity loans.
• Build relationships through member outreach, referrals, networking, and community involvement.
• Educate members on digital banking tools and services.
• Collaborate with mortgage, insurance, investments, and business banking partners.
• Support branch growth goals through sales, referrals, and member retention efforts.
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations, BSA/CTR requirements, and credit union policies.
• Mentor team members and assist with branch operations as experience grows.

• FSR I – A minimum one (1) year of financial industry experience or equivalent qualifications. Must have a basic understanding of credit.
• FSR II – A minimum two (2) years of financial industry experience or equivalent qualifications. Proficient with complex new accounts to include small business and fiduciary accounts. A thorough understanding of unsecured loan products, titled loans, credit cards and Home Equity loan products.
• FSR III – A minimum three (3) years of financial industry experience – Proficient in all new accounts including fiduciary and small business. Must possess a thorough knowledge of all loan products including small business loans. A basic understanding of cash management business services including but not limited to Business online Banking, ACH, Wires, Account Analysis and Remote Deposit Capture.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to meet sales, service, and referral goals.
• Basic understanding of consumer lending and financial products.
• Ability to obtain a Notary designation within 6 months and an NMLS license (if not currently licensed)
• Availability to work branch hours, including Saturdays on a rotating/scheduled basis.
• FSR I: $22.00 - $24.00/hour
• FSR II: $24.00 - $26.00/hour
• FSR III: $26.00 - $30.00/hour
