Responsibilities

  • Collect, review, and organize required documentation, including bank statements, invoices, credit information, and other financial documents, to prepare applications for submission.
  • Submit applications to lenders and follow up on underwriting requirements and additional documentation requests.
  • Track approvals, manage stipulations, and coordinate the funding process from approval through completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, client communications, and funding activities.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, lenders, and referral partners.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with external partners.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to equipment leasing and financing operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial services, leasing, lending, or a related administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deals and priorities independently.
  • Familiarity with financial documentation and basic credit analysis.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, PDF management, email administration, and document processing.
  • Knowledge of basic Quick Books functions is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with professionalism.
