JCW is partnering with a growing regional banking organization seeking a Chief Compliance Officer to lead and enhance its enterprise-wide compliance management program. This executive leadership role will oversee consumer compliance, CRA, Fair Lending, privacy governance, regulatory examinations, and compliance risk management across the organization while partnering closely with executive leadership and the Board.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and maintain the bank’s enterprise compliance management system (CMS)
- Oversee CRA, Fair Lending, consumer compliance, and privacy programs
- Manage regulatory examinations, findings remediation, and regulatory relationships
- Advise senior leadership on compliance risk, new products, and strategic initiatives
- 9+ years of banking/financial services compliance experience
- Prior leadership experience within a regional or community bank environment
- Strong expertise across consumer compliance regulations, CRA, Fair Lending, and privacy laws
