Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) seeks a full-time Patient Service Rep in our Federal Way clinic to deliver friendly, professional front-desk service in a fast-paced environment.
The role covers phone calls, scheduling, insurance verification, chart maintenance, and coordination with billing and treating staff. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., totaling 40 hours weekly, with strong training and support from experienced staff.
