• Conducting strength-based assessments and creating welcoming environments for clients and families.
• Providing tailored individual and family therapy to support healing and resilience.
• Developing crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to promote stable functioning.
• Participating in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client care.
• Completing billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations accurately and timely.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for holistic mental health care.

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Current or eligible professional license in Washington State.
• Passion for mental health, ongoing professional development, and ethical practice.
