Qualifications:

• Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC) with prior school-based experience
• Active Washington (WA) SLP license or willingness to obtain
• Willingness to complete OSPI-specific fingerprinting
• Comfortable working onsite (no virtual options)
• Ability to adapt to various grade levels: high school, middle school, and elementary

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, intervention, and therapy services to students with communication disorders
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to develop and implement IEPs
• Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Support students’ communication needs across different school environments
• Participate in professional development opportunities
