Port Madison Enterprises seeks a Banquet Captain to lead and ensure flawless execution of all banquet and meeting events at KiANA Lodge. You will oversee staffing, room sets, and coordination with the Event Coordinator and kitchen to maintain high service standards.
The role requires the ability to multi-task, strong leadership, and outstanding customer relations. A high school diploma and relevant banquet experience are required, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
