King County District Court (KCDC) is seeking a Human Resources Director to lead the Court’s HR service delivery. The role partners with judicial leaders to implement labor relations, contract administration, investigations, leaves, accommodations and recruitments.
Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer and Deputy CAO, the Director will supervise HR staff, drive strategic workforce initiatives, and ensure compliance with evolving laws across eight courthouse locations in Washington.
