About the Role
We are looking for an experienced D365 Finance & Operations (Fin Ops) QA Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations applications, excellent understanding of business processes, and hands‑on experience with Azure Dev Ops for test management, defect tracking, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Perform manual and functional testing for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Fin Ops)
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Validate Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Inventory, and other Fin Ops modules
- Manage defects, bugs, and testing activities using Azure Dev Ops
- Prepare daily/weekly QA status reports and test execution reports
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Project Managers
- Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, and UAT support
- Perform regression, integration, system, and smoke testing
- Ensure test coverage, traceability, and quality standards are maintained
- Support release validation and production deployments
- 5+ years of QA experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Fin Ops)
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes
- Hands‑on experience with Azure Dev Ops (Boards, Test Plans, Bug Tracking, Reporting)
- Experience in creating test scenarios, test cases, and test evidence documentation
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience in SIT, UAT, Regression, and End‑to‑End testing
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in automation testing tools
- Knowledge of Power Platform and integrations
- Experience working with offshore/onshore delivery models
- ISTQB certification is a plus
