The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers and clients in a fast‑paced dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Document all support activities.
- Communicate with team members to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Experience in computer support.
- Knowledge of various operating systems and software applications.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
This is a full‑time position based in Washington with a salary of $1,500 per month.
