Data Scientist

Position Overview

We are looking for a senior data scientist to join our team at DIA.

Work with complex data sets to solve real world problems. Support the warfighter and policy makers with decision making.

• 3+ years of experience with major data science languages, such as Python and R
• 3+ years of experience retrieving, merging, and analyzing structured and unstructured data sources from APIs and databases through Python, R, and/or SQL
• Experience with database design and administration in DBMS such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.
• Experience with data analytics, data mining, statistical analysis, or AI/ML
• Active TS/SCI clearance with a CI poly #qinetiqclearedjob
• Bachelor’s degree + 8 YOE or 12 YOE years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree

• Experience with data visualization software, such as Tableau and PowerBI
• Experience conducting data architecture and ETL for the DoD or a federal agency
• Familiarity with HUMINT
• Knowledge of Dev Ops tools and technologies, including git, Jenkins, Sonar Qube, etc.

The salary range for this role is $125,000- $132,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
