This role will partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate work streams, drive testing activities, and ensure successful delivery of compliance requirements as products expand into new markets.

Ideal Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate is a strong project manager who has experience leading cross-functional work streams involving compliance, business requirements, and UAT testing. They are highly organized, communicate effectively with stakeholders, adapt well to changing priorities, and enjoy supporting complex product launches in a dynamic environment. Experience with e-commerce platforms, regulated industries, or telecommunications is highly valued but not required.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Manage multiple compliance-related project work streams from planning through execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing e-commerce initiatives.
- Gather, document, and track business requirements.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including:
- Assisting with test planning
- Writing and reviewing UAT test cases
- Coordinating testing windows
- Tracking defects and testing results
- Monitor project milestones and communicate changes in project scope.
- Facilitate communication between business, product, and technical teams.
- Drive workstream execution using project management best practices.
- Track deliverables, risks, dependencies, and project status.
- Support ongoing product expansion into new geographic markets.
- 5–7 years of program or project management experience.
- Experience managing compliance work streams related to e-commerce products, customer-facing applications, or highly regulated environments.
- Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including developing, reviewing, or managing test cases and testing cycles.
- Strong experience gathering and managing business requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent work streams.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities.
- Demonstrated ownership, proactive problem-solving, and ability to work independently.
- Telecommunications industry experience.
- Experience supporting compliance programs within regulated industries.
- Experience with international product launches, geo expansion, localization, or country-specific product rollouts.
- Experience using Jira.
- Experience using Test Rail.
- Experience using Smartsheet.
- Experience working within large technology organizations.
- Experience supporting public funding or government-related compliance initiatives.

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $70- $80
