We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team in Washington USA As an IT Support Specialist you will provide technical support and assistance to our clients and employees The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to communicate effectively with non-technical individuals

• Respond to and resolve technical issues reported by clients and employees
• Troubleshoot hardware software and network problems
• Install configure and maintain computer systems and software
• Provide training and support to users on new technologies
• Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
• Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure efficient operations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or related field
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware software and networking systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Customer service-oriented mindset

The salary for this position is $1100 per month
