Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Equity Life Style Properties, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Worker for a 55+ manufactured home community in Federal Way, WA. This part-time role runs year round for 20 hours per week, with shifting schedules in the summer pool season.
You will perform maintenance tasks, test pool/spa chemistry, and assist residents while using a computer for timekeeping and mandatory safety trainings. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be on call for emergencies.
