Entitlements Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs all aspects of entitlements for new residential communities
• Manages and directs all aspects of obtaining entitlements, plan approvals & permits
• Responsible for executing upon stringent community entitlement and development/construction schedules
• Coordinates and implements input from division executives regarding site and architectural design
• Responsible for obtaining all required permits from local jurisdictions
• Coordinates with architects, engineers, and other consultants
• Assists in due diligence efforts for potential land acquisitions
• Liaison between trade partners, consultants and agencies
• Performs all other duties as assigned

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in community entitlement and homebuilding process
• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred, in the field of construction management, urban design, business, engineering or related course study or equivalent years of experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Smart Sheet experience preferred
• Excellent analytical and writing capabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines concurrently
• Accept constructive feedback
• Team player
