• Own your store's overall performance including sales, profitability, team, and guest experience.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing management team and staff.
• Manage store financials (P&L), labor, and operations to meet targets.
• Serve as the link between your store and the corporate team.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, service, and cleanliness.

• 2+ years of store or restaurant management experience.
• High school diploma required; AA degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Experience leading high-volume operations and supervising 10+ team members.
• Strong business acumen including P&L, labor, and scheduling, plus proven leadership.
• Full-time availability, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Details

• Base Pay $30.75 – 31.25 per [hour], based on experience
• Performance Bonus Eligible for our team performance bonus, paid monthly
• Earning On Store sales, profitability, labor management, food-safety audits, and customer satisfaction
• Total Target Comp $[base] + up to ~$31,300 bonus / year annualized at full achievement.

The performance bonus is offered as potential or target earnings, not guaranteed pay. It is performance-based and varies by store results, team size, and eligibility. Benefits vary by role, scheduled hours, and location; HR will confirm specific eligibility.

This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. This position requires nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead. Employees may be exposed to unusual elements including extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers.
