Assistant Operations Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for assisting with the direction and administration of branch operations
• Ensures established policies and procedures are followed
• Acts as Branch Manager as necessary
• Trains, directs and assist in supervising branch staff
• Assumes responsibility for the effective and professional performance of financial services and teller functions
• Establishes and maintains effective and professional business relationships with customers and external contacts
• Effective coordination and communication with area personnel and management
• Responsible for related duties as required or assigned

• Communicate clearly, accurately and cordially through email and telephone
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good working relations exist with branch personnel
• Cash handling experience required
• Knowledge of teller operations and procedures preferred
• Understanding of bank operations including opening and closing accounts, IRA and certificate procedures preferred
• Detail oriented, accurate and efficient
• Professional appearance, dress and attitude
• One to two years of banking experience preferred
• Maintain the highest ethical standards as defined by Cache Valley Bank’s

vision and values

Applicant must have high school diploma, GED or equivalent. Training will be provided.
