• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing (food industry preferred).
• Hands‑on knowledge of carton machines, flow wraps, extruders, labelers, metal detectors, ovens, and conveyors.
• Proficiency in welding and metal fabrication (MIG/TIG) and using a multimeter.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Strong computer skills for generating maintenance documentation.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Diagnose, repair, and fabricate modifications for processing and packaging machinery, conveyor lines, and automated systems.
• Perform scheduled preventative and predictive maintenance on facility equipment.
• Break down assemblies into components and reassemble without blueprints.
• Lubricate machinery and complete PM documentation and work orders.
• Develop and implement efficiency, uptime, and safety improvements.
• Adhere to GMP/GSP standards and maintain clean, organized maintenance areas.
