Job Title:Production Operator - Grave Shift
Job Description

Responsibilities- Prepare parts for operators by hooking them onto a rack and tearing them down.
- Stand consistently in the same area throughout the shift.
- Ensure accuracy in a fast-paced production line.
- Lift parts weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Assist in prepping steel parts for chrome plating by wiring and following directions from the Chrome Plater.
- Utilize basic math skills for accuracy.
- Prepare parts for plating using a sand blasting machine.
- Operate stand-up sand blaster while standing in one place for extended periods.
- Rack, pull down parts, and operate gantry lifts and other equipment during the finishing process.
- Be comfortable with the smell of chemicals and standing for long durations.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced production facility.
- Willingness to perform additional shop duties, such as clean-up.
- Experience with machine operations.
- Desire for long-term growth in the aerospace sector.
- Problem-solving skills.
Skills & Qualifications
- Basic math skills are advantageous.
- Experience in manufacturing, general labor, assembly, and production.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kent, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.10 - $22.10/hr.
