Pastry Baker - Washington

We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Baker to join our team in Washington

As a Pastry Baker you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of delicious pastries desserts and baked goods Your main responsibilities will include measuring and mixing ingredients shaping doughs decorating pastries and ensuring quality and consistency in all products

The ideal candidate will have experience in pastry baking a passion for creating unique flavors and designs and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pastry Baker or similar role
• Knowledge of baking techniques and equipment
• Ability to follow recipes accurately
• Creativity in designing pastries and desserts
• Attention to detail for quality control
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Measure ingredients accurately according to recipes
• Mix shape roll out doughs as needed
• Bake pastries cakes breads in ovens or other equipment
• Decorate pastries with glazes icings or toppings using piping bags or other tools as needed
• Follow food safety standards when handling ingredients and storing products
• Maintain clean work area at all times
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Assist with inventory management
• Continuously experiment with new flavors combinations
