Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.80/hour Shifts available :
2nd shift3:30pm–11:30pm and 3rd shift 11:30pm - 7:30am

• Must be able to train on 1st shift. Comfortable on your feet for 8-hour shifts.

What’s a typical day as a Production Operator? You’ll be

• Collaborating with a team to manufacture and assemble specialized components using manual, semi‑automated, and automated equipment
• Following clear work instructions and quality procedures to ensure top‑notch results
• Using precision tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Rotating through various tasks and departments to continuously build new skills
• Maintaining safety and quality as your top priorities

This job might be an outstanding fit if you

• Have a High School Diploma or GED (trade school or military experience is a plus)
• Are reliable with strong attendance and punctuality
• Are comfortable standing for 8-hour shifts and lifting or positioning parts up to 25 lbs.
• Are eager to learn and thrive in a team environment
• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or construction is helpful, but not required
