Marketplace Chaplains is seeking very part-time chaplains in Western Washington to serve employees and their families with empathetic, confidential spiritual support. Assigned hours vary, typically 1–3 hours per week, with no guaranteed minimum.
Chaplains visit worksites, provide pastoral care, assist with funerals when needed, and coordinate with EDO and client teams to meet ministry needs, while maintaining Christian faith and professional boundaries.
