Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high‑quality care that truly impacts our patients’ well‑being and recovery. Every day you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You’ll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.
Job Requirements- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, upon hire
- 1–2 years of med/surg experience and successful completion of a critical care residency program
- New graduate with completion of a senior practicum in a specialty area (e.g., critical care, ED, PACU) and successful completion of a critical care residency program
- Registered Nurse: WA, upon hire
- Basic Life Support (CPR), upon hire
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 months
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing and one year of related work experience in an acute care setting
- Previous PCU/ICU experience
- Critical RN experience (Adult/Neonatal/Pediatric/Acute)
- Certified Neuroscience RN
