What You’ll Be Doing Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients’ homes (e.g., wound care, catheter care, medication administration, symptom management)
Conduct skilled observation, assessment, and evaluation

Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers

Collaborate with healthcare providers and the interdisciplinary team

See an average of 5–6 patients per dayWhat We’re Looking For Current Washington State LPN license (or eligible before your first day)
Prior home health or hospice experience preferred

Confidence to work independently and apply strong clinical judgment

Current BLS certification from AHAValid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle
