Choice Health at Home is seeking an experienced Home Health Field Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Federal Way, WA. This full-time role follows a Thursday–Monday schedule, providing comprehensive in-home patient care and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team.
The RN will perform initial and ongoing assessments, develop and implement care plans, educate patients and families, and supervise Home Health Aides and LPNs/LVNs.
