Signature Healthcare at Home in Federal Way area is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide direct patient care under RN supervision in home health settings. Mon-Fri 8am-5pm; territory South Kitsap, Port Orchard surrounding areas.
You will follow the plan of care, administer treatments, document care, and support patients and families. Must have active LPN/LVN license in state, CPR, valid driver's license, and 1–2 years of nursing experience.
