Signature Healthcare at Home is seeking a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse for King County, WA. The role provides direct patient care under the supervision of an RN, following the plan of care, and collaborating with the care team.
Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with part-time or full-time opportunities.
Required:
Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program, current WA license, CPR certification, and valid driver with insured vehicle.
