Field Store Associate

Overview

The Field Store Associate will be primarily responsible for driving and increasing sales at Lowe’s stores. This position engages customers in the Paint and Pro departments, generates customer leads, implements effective sales and marketing programs, provides exceptional customer service, and manages merchandising.

Part‑time Field Store Associates are also expected to ensure maximum client satisfaction as well as stay up‑to‑date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products.

Job Location: Lowe’s Store #2346, 35425 Enchanted Pkwy South, Federal Way, WA 98003.

Schedule: Part‑time weekdays/afternoons/weekends. The schedule is based on business needs and is subject to change.

• Engage customers in the Paint and Pro departments to generate sales and leads.
• Implement effective sales and marketing programs to promote store products.
• Provide exceptional customer service to maintain high client satisfaction.
• Manage merchandising and maintain high quality and visual standards of the products.
• Remain current on product features, new releases, and store policies.

• Job duties involve contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise. The company may review criminal history to protect customers, staff, and the general public.
