Summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate is responsible for growing brand awareness, developing strong business and delivering an exceptional client experience. The role supports store performance through personal sales targets, customer service excellence and representing the Diesel brand and values.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal and store sales to achieve goals and sales targets
• Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships
• Maintain thorough product knowledge and understanding of company history, policies and procedures
• Execute visual merchandising and merchandising guidelines to brand standards
• Perform omnichannel service activities and support related initiatives
