• Predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule
• Very limited, pre‑planned weekend work

• $55,000 Base Salary to start
• Commission and route override earnings
• Company‑provided cell phone

• Most new RSRs earn $70,000–$90,000+ in their first year

• Deliver Fikes products and ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage inventory and maintain accurate service records
• Build trusted relationships and identify opportunities to expand services
• Represent Fikes with professionalism, integrity, and a customer‑first mindset
• Continuously learn and adapt as our product offerings grow

• A positive, professional attitude with strong follow‑through
• Self‑motivation and problem‑solving ability
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday
