• Take‑Home Company Vehicle: Save time and hassle with a vehicle you can park at home.

  • Route override percentage + commission

• Manage client inventory and ensure service satisfaction.
• Build relationships and identify new opportunities with existing and potential customers.
• Represent Fikes with professionalism and a customer‑first mindset.

• Positive, professional attitude with a passion for delivering results.
• Self‑starter with problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs. regularly throughout the day.
