A Day in the Life
We are seeking a committed professional to join our team, required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. A valid driver's license is essential for this role, which also involves 25% travel outside the territory. In this dynamic role, you’ll work alongside a collaborative team of clinicians, engineers, physicians, and innovators to execute mapping solutions for cardiac and other electrophysiological systems.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products.
- Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures.
- Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
- Understand and support national, regional and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products.
- Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.
- Work in partnership with Account Manager, Regional Manager and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Collaborate and strategize with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CA Solutions products.
- Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region.
- Serve as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, service and support.
- Serve as a regional champion to share your experience and influence others to be proficient in the mapping technology.
- High school diploma plus a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
- Associate degree plus a minimum of 2 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with a minimum of four years of work experience in the cardiac field, hospital/clinic, or sales.
- Graduation from a Cardiac Prep program such as ATI and PrepMD.
- Proven track record with technical training assignments.
- Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, hospital/clinic, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support.
- Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy.
- Additional experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, hospital/clinic, or EP medical sales.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Job Requirements
- Clinical Specialists are required to be within their assigned territory each day to be available for unscheduled needs.
- May be required to travel outside of assigned territory and possibly overnight.
- Must be able to move freely throughout the facility, use a phone, keyboard and mouse, and interact with personal computers.
- Must be able to stand, sit, walk for 8 hours a day.
- Must drive approximately 25–50% of the time within assigned territory.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, active vehicle insurance policy and a satisfactory driving record.

Salary ranges for U.S. (excl. Puerto Rico) locations: $70,000.00–$85,000.00. Base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding specific locations in California. The position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP). Benefits include Health, Dental, and vision insurance;
