Appointment Setter – Home Improvement

Represent our bath remodeling brand inside Walmart. Approach customers, generate leads, and earn $1,100–$1,300/week.

Job Summary:

Make $1,100–$1,300 per week generating leads for bathroom remodels inside Walmart! Cardinal Baths is hiring an experienced in-store rep to engage shoppers and set free design consultations. $23/hr base + $50 per qualified appointment.

Cardinal Baths is a fast-growing bathroom remodeling company specializing in shower, tub, and full wet-space upgrades. We operate a branded showroom inside Walmart Federal Way, giving us direct access to homeowners seeking home improvement services.

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a confident, results-driven Lead Generator to staff the showroom, interact with shoppers, and schedule free in-home consultations for our remodeling team.

This is NOT entry-level — experience in in-store promotions, lead generation, or sales is required.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively approach Walmart customers and create interest in our services
• Explain remodeling options using displays and product visuals
• Collect contact information and set appointments for design consultations
• Track appointments and keep the display neat and professional

Requirements:

• Experience in lead generation, face-to-face sales, or home improvement marketing
• Strong communication skills and outgoing personality
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work Thursday–Monday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Compensation:

• $23/hour base pay
• $50 per qualified appointment that results in a full demo
• Weekly earnings potential: $1,100–$1,300+
• No cap on bonuses
