Pepsi Co is seeking a District Sales Leader for the Frito Lay unit to guide a team of frontline route sales reps across the district. You’ll complete a 9-month onboarding, learn the DSD network, and develop the skills to drive distribution and executions.
You will interact with store management, lead district meetings, coach staff, and deliver sales presentations. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of frontline management are required, with ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work a flexible schedule.
