Role OverviewGarnier Thiebaut is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our Hospitality Division. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while processing orders, answering product questions, and supporting our sales team. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys supporting both customers and business growth.
This position is full-time, in-office five days per week.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop in-depth knowledge of Garnier Thiebaut's products, collections, and hospitality offerings to confidently assist customers and support the sales team.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, lead times, order status, shipments, returns, claims, and samples.
- Process customer orders and reorders accurately while identifying opportunities to increase sales and grow existing accounts.
- Support Hospitality sales representatives by managing customer requests, preparing quotes and assisting with account management.
- Proactively contact prospective and existing customers by phone to generate sales opportunities, follow-up on leads and support business growth.
- Coordinate with other internal departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Communicate price changes, discontinued items, backorders and other product updates to customers.
- Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and order information within the company's ERP system.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service.
- Assist with trade shows, customer visits, catalog mailings, and semiannual inventory counts.
- Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business, Sales, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, inside sales, or a related customer-facing role.
- Experience with order processing, account management, and ERP systems preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience using Net Suite is a plus.
The pay range for this position is $25.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Garnier Thiebaut USA offers medical, dental, vision, life, and long‑term disability insurance, paid time off, sick days, floating holidays, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
