Job Description
Mobile Sales Associate Job description RESPONSIBILITIES- Actively engage customers to assist with right fitting devices, understanding customers concerns, and reasons for visiting the store
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of products, services, and current promotions
- Maintain positivity, work under pressure, and appropriately address upset customers
- Create rapport with customers and strive for the best customer service you can give
- Keeps store in an orderly environment and audit ready at all times(general cleaning: sweeping, mopping, disinfecting)
- Checking emails, responding in a timely manner, and completing trainings
- Completing transactions, activations, and cash handling
- Preferred Bilingual (English + Spanish)
- Retail experience preferred, but not required (retail training will be provided)
- Reliable, willingness to learn, and ready to earn!
- Hourly base plus commission, contests, and special spiffs
