Assertive Professionals is in search of an Intelligence Analyst to support our National Security Customer in the Washington DC Metro Area
.

This is an open and funded position.

The salary for this position is $60,000 and is based on meeting or exceeding the requirements with a $1,200
annual corporate compliance bonus
. In addition, analysts are eligible for either $2,000.00 sign‑on bonus OR $2,000.00 cost‑reimbursement for relocation.

The Intelligence Analyst will:
  • Provide strategic, operational, and tactical analysis as required based on raw intelligence collected from a variety of sources;
  • Respond to changes in analytical priorities;
  • Assist an integrated analytical team with conceptualization, production planning, research, analysis, drafting and intelligence products on identified CT topics while adhering to IC and DHS tradecraft guidance;
  • Assist with analyzing all available information, reviewing raw and finished intelligence, and collaborating and coordinating with IC, DHS Intelligence Enterprise, and other partners;
  • Assist with drafting and reviewing collection requirements, responding to requests for information (RFIs) or information needs of DHS leaders and stakeholders;
  • Assist with presentations, briefing preparation, product preparation, peer-review, and subject matter advice;
  • Respond to Government Leadership feedback during prescribed timelines.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
  • Working knowledge of databases and software programs used in the intelligence environment, including but not limited to:
    Microsoft Office suite, M3, TAC, HOTR, Google Earth, Intelink, National Exploitation System, Gemini, MIDB, GCCS-J, various message handling systems
  • 4 years of relevant experience OR
    • 2 years of relevant experience with an Associates degree in relevant area of study; OR
    • 0 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors or Higher degree in relevant area of study
    • Relevant fields of study include:
      English, Engineering, Business, the Sciences or related concentrations (e.g. Project Management, Intelligence, Public Administration, Public Policy, American Government/Governance, Law/Legal Studies, or Management/Leadership).
