Maintenance Technician

Overview

West Coast Self-Storage has an opening for a full time Maintenance Tech
. This position involves traveling from Everett to Bellingham locations
. The ideal candidate should have groundskeeping and maintenance experience and be looking to grow within our career path.

• $22.00/hr.
• $350.00 Monthly fuel Reimbursement

• Responds quickly to emergency maintenance situations
• Learns skills necessary to complete the job and uses outside sources for troubleshooting
• Is able to troubleshoot and brainstorm solutions to resolve maintenance issues
• Communicates project status and follow-up dates on schedule to district manager
• Prepares bids for projects to include time, materials, tools, and anything else necessary to complete the project

• Valid driver s license and reliable transportation (required)
• Grounds keeping or maintenance experience (required)
• Experience with utilizing hand and power tools (required)
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed
• Ability to work outdoors in urban and rural environments
• Ability to self-manage while working independently to complete team and company objectives
