Sign On Bonus: $1,500 depending on experience

Home Office: South King, Pierce and Thurston County, WA

Pay: $27-30/hour depending on experience + Production + Commissions + Quarterly Bonuses

• Conduct thorough inspections of commercial and residential properties to identify pest‑related issues.
• Develop and implement effective pest‑management strategies tailored to each situation.
• Apply safe and appropriate treatment methods to eliminate pests while ensuring the safety of occupants and pets.
• Provide exceptional customer service by educating clients on prevention measures and post‑treatment guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of service visits, treatments, and any recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize pest control techniques and strategies.
• Service established routes in the Puget Sound.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
• Problem‑solving aptitude and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in pest control is a plus, but not required. Comprehensive training will be provided.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must pass drug and background screens.
