Entry-Level Plasterer Position

We are currently hiring for an entry-level Plasterer to join our team in Washington. As a Plasterer you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings and other surfaces to create a smooth and even finish. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career in the construction industry.

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them
• Mix plaster materials according to specific ratios
• Apply plaster evenly using hand or power tools
• Smooth and shape plaster using trowels, brushes or sandpaper
• Repair and patch any damaged areas of existing plaster
• Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards

• Previous experience in construction or related field preferred but not required
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Physically fit and able to stand, bend and lift for extended periods of time
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed

This position offers a starting salary of $1600 per month with potential for growth based on performance.
