Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to cover a LOA on a temporary basis. You will perform safe maintenance, repairs, and make-ready tasks to ensure properties meet standards for cleanliness, safety, and operation.
This role includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 30 days of service. You will handle resident service requests, perform appliance repairs, basic plumbing, painting, and general preventative maintenance while coordinating with vendors and teams to maintain property
