As our Federal Way Home Care Supervisor - Scheduler, your days are a blend of organization, empathy, and teamwork. You’ll manage schedules, ensuring clients receive care when they need it. You’ll create a supportive environment for caregivers, empowering them to provide exceptional care with compassion and dignity. Your work makes a tangible difference in the lives of those we serve. • High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to supervise staff
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Ability to satisfactorily pass criminal history and reference checks

• Some college
• Experience providing services to the elderly and/or people with disabilities

This is a full-time role based in Federal Way, WA. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Get ready to work in an environment where your contributions are valued!
