State of Washington seeks a proactive CPS Social Service Specialist 2-3 in training to join the Yakima team. You will assess complex family situations, interview children and parents, evaluate safety, and develop protection plans for children in their homes.
You will investigate reports of abuse, conduct ongoing safety assessments, coordinate placements, and prepare cases for court while documenting thoroughly using FAMLINK. Training leads to advancement to Social Service Specialist 3.
