Overview

Coordinated Care Agency offers comprehensive services, enhanced shelter, and housing for people experiencing poverty and homelessness. Our services include permanent supportive housing, enhanced shelter, rapid re‑housing, tenant-based voucher programs, outreach and engagement services, day centers, and health services. The purpose of our work is to ensure people have access to the housing, healthcare, and support they need to thrive. The team works to promote social changes to dismantle systemic racism, injustices and inequities that contribute to housing instability.

Our mission is to provide a hospitable, low‑barrier program grounded in a housing‑first model. We operate in the spirit of the ministry of presence, fostering individualized attention and respect for each person’s unique circumstances. Our programs serve highly vulnerable individuals who may have significant needs, including severe physical disabilities, chronic or acute mental illness, active chemical dependency, and experiences of trauma.

We focus on helping participants obtain or maintain permanent housing through consistent, supportive case management. CCA is committed to ensuring that our services, our agency, and our communities are free from the dehumanizing impacts of racism. We strive for anti‑racist practices and programming by advancing racial equity and justice in our daily work.

The Program Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that a minimum of two Engagement Specialists are on‑site at all times. When this staffing requirement cannot be met, the Program Supervisor must arrange for a qualified staff member to provide coverage and maintain program operations.

The Program Supervisor is also responsible for hiring and training new staff members. In addition, this role provides direct support and services to residents, helping advance the program's goal of rapidly transitioning participants into permanent housing. The Program Supervisor fosters a collaborative, supportive, and team‑oriented work environment while ensuring the delivery of high‑quality services and effective shelter operations.
