Our operations team keeps the wheels turning (literally), and we're looking for a reliable, safety-minded driver to help us keep deliveries moving.

The Route Driver – Vacation Relief is a key part of our wholesale distribution team. You'll step in for semi drivers and receiving crew during absences and vacations, making sure products get where they need to go safely and on time. When you're not on relief duty, you'll support warehouse operations by picking and loading home delivery orders. This is a hands-on, physical role that keeps our operation running smoothly — if you like staying busy and take pride in getting the job done right, this is for you.

You're dependable — the person your team counts on to show up ready to work. You're comfortable behind the wheel of a semi and just as comfortable in the warehouse. You take safety seriously, you communicate well, and you don't need someone looking over your shoulder to do things the right way. A changing schedule or last-minute shift doesn't rattle you — it's just part of the job.

• Fill in for semi drivers and receiving crew during absences and vacations, keeping routes and warehouse operations covered
• Safely operate a semi tractor-trailer on each trip, following all applicable traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company policy
• Transport products and supplies between warehouses and depots
• Assist with loading and unloading milk trucks and semi-trailers
• Pick and load home delivery orders when not on relief duty Ensure product quality throughout the receiving, picking, and loading process
• Maintain accurate driving logs and reports
• Follow all safety procedures, rules, and regulations at all times
• Collaborate effectively across departments to support daily operations

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid CDL Class A license and current DOT medical card
• Minimum of 1 year warehouse experience
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and regulations
• Oral and written fluency in English
• Ability to lift/carry and push/pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds frequently
• Comfortable working in a physical environment including freezer and cold storage, non-climate-controlled areas, loading docks, and varying weather conditions

• Experience with food production or dairy distribution
• Familiarity with DOT logging and compliance requirements
• A track record of safe, professional driving
