Overview

Our DaBella Team is searching for this person to take on our Warehouse Coordinator role. Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Compensation: $21.00 - $24.00 hourly
Responsibilities- Receiving Product
- Check for damage
- Compare shipment with given material lists
- Communicating with specific markets on orders ready
- Alert Shipper, Project Coordinator, and Office Manager on damaged & missing product
- Job Pack
- Prepare product to be ready for pick up – Fully labeled for Installer
- Draw up installer paperwork
- Communicate with the Office Manager when the product is ready for distribution
- Warehouse Upkeep
- Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of work environment
- Inventory Management
- Keep a record of all products, including cancels & returns
- Update Google Docs daily with current inventory
- Organize all notes in I360 and change status accordingly
- Order training material through Project Coordinator with Supervisor's approval
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong communication skills: obtain the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
- High attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Capacity to stand and move up to 8 hours daily
